Timing depends on the project scope and current bookings. An estimated start date and delivery timeframe are confirmed in writing before work begins. The timeframe starts once all required content and project information have been received.

Clients provide the project brief, required wording, logos, brand guidelines, images and any other relevant materials in usable digital formats. Missing or incomplete content may affect the delivery timeframe.

The included revision allowance is stated in the written quote. Additional revisions, new requests or changes to the approved scope are quoted before further work continues.
